  How do I place a personalised order?

It's easy! If you know which item you'd like, head over to the product page and you'll be prompted to provide the information required. There are examples of the colour styles available and other personalisation options on each product. Take a look at our Colour Combo & Swatches page for some inspiration.

Can I see what the artwork/map will look like first?

For personalised frames and anything with maps, we will send a proof image before producing the item. However, if you'd like to see before you order, do get in touch. At busy times this may not be possible. 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made and designed in Stotfold, Hertfordshire –we strive to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible or re use existing packaging. Our Cello bags used for our cards and unframed artworks are biodegradable.

  If landscape isn’t your thing, you can request a portrait option in the field where you specify the location.

We love the multicolour vinyl that we use for the coordinates on our personalised maps but again if you would prefer another colour, take a look at our Colour Combo & Swatches page for some inspiration. 

Please get in touch as we have lots of different options!

  If you are tight on time or would like one of our products to be sent directly to someone as a gift, we can of course do this! Please specify GIFT WRAPPING and the recipient’s name and address. 

We can then wrap your product up and send it to them directly along with a handwritten note inside. 

Please ensure if you want this option that you specify your GIFT MESSAGE.

There is an additional charge for this service of £5

We will also send a sneaky pic of the product to you before we send it too!

  How long will the order take to make?

This depends on the product, and time of year. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.

Of course we can, it’s our next project to open up our wedding page. We can collaborate so you have the vision you want throughout all your extras for your day.

  To keep our products up to date on social media, we will take pictures of your product and add it to our site/social media after 30 days of dispatching. Please let us know if you want us to extend this.

  Do you sell in shops?

Not currently but it’s definitely on our goal list for the year! 

Do you sell at markets?

We would love to, maybe once the world is back to it's new normal.
