UK DELIVERY
All orders are made by hand, to order, in Stotfold. Processing times vary depending on product and time of year, so please get in contact if you have a short deadline. Whilst we can't guarantee that we can accommodate faster turn arounds, we will always try!
At Love Callahart, we hate it when you are buying something online and get to the checkout and then find out that you have to pay extra for delivery, so we have included FREE DELIVERY on ALL UK STANDARD ORDERS!
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail are our post providers and will endeavour to notify you as soon as your order as been dispatched.
Royal Mail have advised us that delivery times are a little longer so we will do our upmost to get your Love Callahart product to you as soon as possible but if you need it sooner, please get in touch with us directly via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you live outside the UK, please contact us directly to arrange an order and will do our best to arrange delivery for the smallest cost possible!
If you change your mind about your order before it has been dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible. For most products work is started on the order within 6 working hours of the order being placed, so a full refund will not be possible.
If you change your mind about a personalised item after the product arrives, we are afraid that refunds cannot be issued unless they are faulty. Each frame and cards are made specifically for each order and unique for every one.
Non-personalised items must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging.

All Love Callahart products are made by hand - and although we check rigorously for any faults, please get in touch if you have any issues.
DEFINTION - PERSONALISED ITEMS
A personalised item is any product that has a bespoke element that you have requested. This includes: All personalised items including items with names; specific age; customised maps, non stock and made to order colourway.
Please ensure that all proofs are checked as refunds will not be possible.
DEFINTION - NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
Non-personalised items include greetings cards.
